New Headshots!

It’s high time that I updated my headshots.  So I have a secret to share.  I HATE being in front of the camera.  Hate it, hate it, hate it.  When I am forced to be in pictures, I cringe and try to act natural.  You’d think I would be a pro with this, but that I am not.  Behind the camera is where I’m comfortable.  That is where I want to stay.  But it’s been at least 3 years since my headshots were taken, so I put on my big girl britches and hired my gal Stephanie with B. Moore Artistry to fancy me up.  I use her for nearly every shoot I go on.  Not only is she a dear friend, but she’s the best of the best when it comes to her craft.  She made me feel so gorgeous & special.  I can’t praise her enough for being so amazing.
After a few detours and missed exits, I finally found Dunedin where a few photographer friends of mine were meeting up to take pictures.  Kristina Houser and Katie Capo are so super sweet, and I was so happy to tag along and get in on the fun.  Kristina was super helpful making me feel comfortable in front of the camera, and of course Katie was great at helping me laugh the entire time.  The sunset was so incredible.. Those gorgeous rich tones!  Ughh, I die.  It was too much beauty.
I brought my camera, and Kristina took some pictures of me with it as well as her camera.  I was too excited to wait for her’s so I already uploaded mine.  I was so incredibly happy with the outcome.  Kristina + Stephanie.. miracle workers!  *Disclaimer: Kristina Houser & Katie Capo took these pictures except the last one.  But they are my edits.

Katie took this one for me.  I am now obsessed with fake lashes.  Seriously, I’m going to win the lotto and Stephanie is going to do my makeup and hair every dang day.I took just a handful of Katie, and this was my favorite.  Gorgeous gal, vibrant sunset.. LOVE!  So soooo sad to see her move to Charleston soon!  I’m going to miss my dear friend!
