If you are a friend of mine, or if you follow me on Instagram, you probably have seen me talk about my dog, Jazz & her passing. It’s been a little over a month now, and I’m still struggling. This girl was my entire world. She was my co-worker, best friend and family, by my side every second for 7 years. She was sick for a while, but we never knew. She never showed any symptoms, until a week before she passed. In fact, we went hiking just two weeks before she started showing symptoms. She was so lively & happy. I’m so happy that she was happy, but it breaks my heart knowing how sick she was and she didn’t want us to know. This was my first pet death as an adult, Bryan’s too. To be perfectly honest, we’re struggling, but it’s a constant roller coaster.
Here are some photos I took on our last hike.
Dear Jazz,
Thank you for being in our lives. We were so blessed to have you for the short amount of time that we did. You were everything to us. The memories we have of you are memories that we’ll take with us forever. You were the best & I’ll always love you.
