It’s very rare when you find someone who you share such a deep bond with, like a sister. When your heart feels so deeply attached, your heart breaks when they are going through a rough time. My dear, dear friend, Erin is one of those special type of friends for me. We both lived in Tampa, and we were both wedding photographers for years, and never got to know each other there, sadly. So much time wasted when we could have been friends. I moved here to upstate SC, and she reached out to me, saying that she was moving to Asheville, and we needed to connect! I met her beautiful family & got to know them, and just fell in love with all of their hearts. I love Erin’s beautiful, free spirit, empathetic soul. I immediately felt a bond with her, which I’ve only seriously felt a few times in my life.
Lately her world has been a whirlwind, and she has decided to move back to Florida. While my heart is breaking over losing such a close friend, I know this is something she has to do, and I’m excited for her future there. I only care about what is best for her and her happiness. And luckily, Florida is only a cheap flight away.
