I’m in the kitchen yesterday, “cooking” my lunch, (aka heating up canned soup) and I look up to see my cat sitting in the most beauuutiful light, giving herself a cat bath. It looked like the heavens were shining down and the angels sang to her while she bathed in the golden light. I guess it’s because I’m a photographer, when I see beautiful light I immediately want to take a picture. But gosh freaking darnit, my camera is PASSED the cat, on the other side of the house. I need to start carrying my camera around with me, even in my house! Just have it drape around my neck and snap away when I see my pets being cute. Plan B, my phone. *!#*$@ My phone is on the other side of the house too. Well, what’s the harm in trying? Chances are she would move when I pass her and my dog will come and chase her. So I imagine myself light as a feather and invisible as air as I pass and walk into my office. **Don’t move, Doo. Keep on with that glorious bath!** Of course she stopped, but she was still in the light. Not the picture I wanted, but it works. Meh.
Thanks for indulging me.
