Kendra and Mike are my dream clients!! Everything about them is awesome, fun and so laid back. I’ve known Kendra through one of my very first brides way back when, and we both shared a love of photography. She also has a strong passion for animals! So much so, she opened up her own pet boutique in Tampa! That’s right, the one and only, best of the bay, Health Mutt. I’ve always been so inspired with her drive & success! Not only is she amazing in that aspect, but she’s super gorgeous too. She and Mike, her now fiance, modeled for a styled shoot that I photographed a little while back. I loved working with them so much, and have been patiently waiting for them to get engaged, PRAYING I would be lucky enough to be their photographer. Fast forward to now.. they’re engaged and getting married in THREE MONTHS! And y’all don’t even know how excited I am about their wedding at the Rialto. I look at her wedding board on pinterest, and I’m like YESSSS.. TO ALL OF IT!!
Being the pet lovers that they are, they had to include their active pups in some of the pictures! They were hilarious, and quite difficult to photograph. As soon as they were off the leash, the zipped right and left, up and down, far and near. But it was a blast, and I loved seeing Kendra & Mike laugh about it. Perfect little family. After the park, they did a quick change and we went to their favorite hang out spot around the corner, The Independent, where they had some beers and hung out, as I photographed them being adorable.
If this shoot and her pinterest board is any indication of their wedding, I am SO excited for September.
